Hi friends! Floral stamping is a classic, no matter the card-making occasion. And it’s even better when you have a stamp set that gives multiple looks from one design. This week I have a really beautiful stamp-layering set that can give you two very different effects. It’s the Calming Reverie from Altenew, and we played with it in last week’s Altenew You Tube Live.
Above, you can see how the stamp set is “supposed” to layer: With a silhouette image (my flower is stamped in Teal Cave, the silhouette leaf in Olive) and a dot-style detail image on top (stamped in Obsidian black).
But! You can also stamp just the dot-style detail layer on it’s own, for a completely different look:

Here, the flowers are stamped with Pink Pearl, and Coral Bliss. The leaves are Parrot and Frayed Leaf.
