Today was the fourth and last day of the CHA show for me—it’s still going on tomorrow, but I’m headed home to Poland and a certain little girl who’s apparently been too busy enjoying the snow to miss Mama much.
But wow—an invite-only experience at the Ranger booth before the show floor opened; we rotated in groups to see up-close demonstrations from Ranger artists. My group started with the talented Claudine Hellmuth and her new stencils—
Then to the Vintaj table, where Mackie Mullane created gorgeous pendants with patinas and UTEE.
Then to Tim Holtz and his new Distress paint. (Yes, we need these!)
Then to Dyan Reavely and her lovely Dylusions sprays, plus new stencils and her new journal. (I can’t wait to get my mitts on one of those journals!)
Then off to a meeting with Paulette at Hot Off The Press and a look at their new must-haves—
Then lunch, a very interesting seminar on creating e-books (my mind is VERY busy with this one) and a fun catch-up with Christen Olivarez of Stampington.
Now it’s dinnertime for me—with dessert!—and a trip home tomorrow. Hoping for an uneventful flight (flights, actually) and a chance to get my head around all the cool things I’ve seen, learned and talked about!
Enjoy!
Totally envious about your stamps ! LOL Thanks for sharing your CHA adventure, it’s like being there. xoxoxo
Thanks for sharing! You really make us feel like we were there too.
