
Your Oxide ink refills aren’t just for refreshing your inkpads…they can also be used for creating soft, beautiful backgrounds too! This is a technique that I shared in the Winter Special issue of Crafts Beautiful magazine. (Crafts Beautiful is a UK magazine so of course my British friends can find it easily; personally, I have a subscription but can also pick up a copy at the bigger magazine shops here in Germany. If you’re in the US, try Magazine Cafe or Barnes & Noble, which I believe also has digital copies.)

What you need—
- Stamps: Hero Florals Mum Stem (Hero Arts)
- Flower Dies: Hero Florals Mum Stem Frame Cuts (Hero Arts)
- Distress Oxide Ink Refills: Abandoned Coral, Lucky Clover (Jet Black Archival (Metallic Gold embossing powder, embossing inkpad (WOW! Embossing)
- Cardstock: White, black
- Foam tape
- Sequins
- Nested circle dies
- Water brush, water mister
