I am so very pleased to announce my new book from Search Press, How to Make Resin Jewellery!
How to Make Resin Jewellery is out now from Search Press!
Here, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on everything from pouring and mixing resin, to bezels and surfaces, plus troubleshooting tips and techniques. (Yes, I’ll help you with those pesky air bubbles!)
We’ll also talk about incorporating different materials into your resin, from glitter glue and embossing powder, to paint, nail polish, 3-D inclusions and more. You’ll also learn about using molds and creating no-bezel and freeform pieces.
Even better? You’ll have tons of inspiration with over 50 projects!
I created this book with the beginner in mind—I know working with resin can seem mysterious and even a little intimidating, so we’ll start with the basics and move into different applications. Designs are meant to be simple and stylish, and teach you the foundations for taking your jewelry-making into your own unique direction.
Throughout the book, I focus on Ranger‘s line of ICE Resin, which is my preferred brand and which I use for my own jewelry. I also include a lot of Ranger‘s additional crafting supplies, both from the Susan Lenart Kazmer line and their own line of embossing powders, Perfect Pearls and inkpads. Please note that other 2-part resin epoxy brands will work in a similar fashion.
How to Make Resin Jewellery is available now from the award-winning UK publisher, Search Press.
