Happy first day of spring! Even though we’re still in coats and scarves around here, at least they’re spring coats and spring scarves—the slightly lighter-weight version of our winter coats and scarves. Even better? My local fruit stand has melon and oranges! All winter we buy potatoes and apples, and now it’s so refreshing to see the diversity of colors and shapes for sale… and even better to know we can soon anticipate strawberries and blueberries.
