Last week I hosted a Live session on the Altenew You Tube channel, featuring the Winter Wonderland Watercolor Brush Marker collection. These are just what they sound like: Water brushes, with watercolor inside.

Of course you can use them to color in stamped images, but I also like to use them for side-lining images… or, tracing alongside the lines of a stamped image. Like this:
This is using the Precious Peony stamp and die collection. Be sure to stamp the image with a permanent (NOT dye-based!) black ink; I used Obsidian Black. Then, just use the marker to apply color along the stamped edges. I used Citrus Burst and Mountain Mist, then splattered the Jet Black in the background. The full palette looks like this:
