Christmas cardmaking made easy, festive and fun!
Today I have four projects to share with you, featuring the gorgeous 49 and Market Christmas Spectacular collection. This set has patterned papers, ephemera laser cuts and die cuts, rub-ons, and acetate embellishments. When you go to the Webisodes page, you’ll see a Money Saver for this collection; you can also purchase the items separately.

Here I’ve covered only part of the card front with patterned paper, adding a red border rub-on directly on the edge of the card blank. The paper is patterned with the black-and-white check, plus red florals, and I’ve added black outline rub-ons and a red acetate piece on top. The focal is an ephemera embellishment with a “Merry Christmas” label sentiment.
A big, bold floral rub-on is the focal here; I’ve applied it to white cardstock, then mounted it onto a scalloped die-cut rectangle. The beautiful pine boughs you see are laser-cut ephemera.
The acetate pieces in this collection are also a lot of fun—here, I’ve used one as the focal, simply gluing it (with just a bit of craft glue) to the rectangle in the center. It’s layered up on a combination of patterned papers.
This card is actually a Mini Folder. Inside I put a Christmas tag (made from the ephemera set) and also a little die-cut Mini Envelope which can be used as a gift card holder. See—
The construction of this Mini Folder is easy and I demonstrate it on the Webisode—along with all the other projects you see here. (You’ll also see how I decorated inside the cards!) I hope you get a chance to stop by and have a look!
Enjoy!
